Interview with baby Trey’s mom:

What has surprised you most about motherhood so far?

“How much I needed him.  God knew what he was doing when he planned for Trey to join our family right when we needed him.  Now our family is perfectly complete.”

 

What have the first six months of your little one’s life looked like?  What you expected?

“He has fit into our family in the best way possible.  He is very relaxed and go with the flow, and happy all the time. Definitely so much more than I expected.”

 

What is your favorite little detail about your baby?

“His little dimples. Just like his daddy.”

What is your little one’s favorite thing to do right now?

“Explore.  He tries to take it all in with all his senses all the time.  If he isn’t able to get down, he is looking and grabbing everything he can.”

 

 

How did you decide on your baby’s name?

“He is named after his daddy.  But we call him Trey since he is the 3rd David.”

Any advice for other moms out there?

“Give yourself credit.  Being a mom is a hard job and I think we are all too hard on ourselves”
