Interview with Eleanora’s mom:
What was your pregnancy like?
“All three of my pregnancies were relatively “easy” but this one was much more tiring because I was trying to keep up with one preschooler and one toddler.”
Has the journey through pregnancy been different than you expected? How so?
“My labor was different than I expected. Everyone always tells you each labor gets faster/easier but my third was more than 3 times as long than each of the first two.”
Did you find out if you were having a boy/girl? What was mom and dad’s reactions?
“We did not find out if we were having a boy or girl ahead of time.”
What was it like seeing your baby for the first time?
“When I saw Eleanora for the first time I had an overwhelming amount of happy emotion to find out that she was here in my arms and a healthy baby girl!”
Did your baby look like what you expected?
“Eleanora did not look like what I had expected. I expected that if we had a boy he would look similar to our other boy (who looks like my husband) and if we had a girl she would look similar to our other girl (who looks like me). However, Eleanora surprised us and her features look much more like our boy than our girl.”

What is your favorite little detail about your baby?
“I love the sweet noises Eleanora makes! They make me feel as though she is communicating with me.”
